Had my new 72 plate transit custom a week now , drives mint ,great looking ,spotless van and loving the ice cold air-conditioning this week .can't fault the buying procedure from start to finish . Reserved a car on the Tuesday evening. Courtesy call was made by staff early next morning. We agreed on a viewing on Thursday so I travelled down by train. On reaching Leamington Spa Darren kindly picked me up, took me to the garage where we concluded the transaction over a much needed coffee. All in all I was on my way back home, within an hour and a half. Fantastic service.

What fab guys. I had to buy the truck as soon as I saw it, it was immaculate as was all the vehicles, and the workshop. All of them was fab, no hard sales and no pushing of extra warranty like you would expect a lot of garages. Many thanks for delivering it for me as well, was really appreciated and to have Mike deliver it just topped it off (thanks for the autographed picture, it's being framed 🤣). Highly recommend trying One Automotive.

Just bought a Skoda Fabia from here; was greeted by such lovely, welcoming and friendly staff who made the experience so easy and straightforward for me, there was no pressure to buy or anything like that(like you can get at some garages) every vehicle here is top quality and you can genuinely tell how much the staff care about their stock which is evident by how spotless the garage is. This is a garage that clearly takes pride in customer service and what they do, definitely recommend and thanks again guys 😃

My partner and I purchased a Hyundai tucson from the guys at one automotive yesterday. Extremely pleased with the whole process. car was as described and priced fairly within the market, no pushy sales, purchase was smooth and arranging collection was easy. On collection day everything such as a service and MOT as discussed was completed and the car was gleaming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to a purchase a new vehicle. Reserved my car on line and travelled by train to pick up. Greeted at the station by Darren, who drove the car I was looking at so this gave me a great opportunity to look at the car, feel how it was on the road and listen for any unwanted sounds before test driving myself. This was the most relaxed purchase I have had, and from agreeing the sale to leaving the garage took less than an hour! Darren indeed makes a lovely cuppa and there was no pressure to buy if I wasn't 100% happy with the car. Would recommend One Automotive to anyone who is interested in any of their vehicles or needs help sourcing anything specific.
